Payment Policies

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless pre-approved. No parties or events are allowed. 

A 50% deposit is due within one week of making a reservation. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation deposits are refunded once a reservation has been secured for the time frame, minus a $50 service fee. The owner reserves the right to fill the canceled timeframe in-part and/or at a discounted rate. Payments are accepted in the form of a personal check, electronic fund transfer (Zelle), or money order. Payment by credit card is not available.

For the months December through March, I offer a NO SNOW GUARANTEE*. If you are planning to ride the snowmobile trails and they are unrideable or closed, according to the local snowmobile club, your payment will be refunded. (*The no snow guarantee is not valid December 20 through January 1).

Dogs (pets) are welcome with prior approval. They must be under control at all times, housebroken and can’t be left in the cabin unattended unless they are comfortable and quiet (dogs that continually/consistently bark when left alone are not allowed to be left in the cabin). The dog rate is $20.00 per day, per dog, or $110.00 per week, per dog (tax included). The maximum number of dogs allowed is two (2). Waste must be picked up and disposed of daily.

Hunting Dogs – hunting dogs are welcome. Please contact me to discuss the fees.
